Global Supply Chain Company OHL Promotes From Within

Andrew Tidwell named Vice President of Human Resources

Global supply chain company, OHL, recently promoted Andrew Tidwell to vice president of human resources for the company. Tidwell had served as director of HR for the 3PL since 2006.

Prior to joining OHL, Andrew was director of human resources for Kenworth of Tennessee. He previously worked with automotive manufacturing suppliers, served as an HR Generalist for Vanderbilt University, and created a human resources department for Taylor Farms Tennessee and Georgia.

"Andrew has been instrumental in establishing global policies and procedures for OHL during a time of unprecedented growth," commented Frank Eichler, OHL's chief administrative officer and general counsel.  “Promoting from within and equipping our employees with new challenges, training and continued education are evidence of OHL's commitment to investing in people.”

“When I joined OHL in 2006, the company had 3,000 employees, all in the US,” said Tidwell.  “We now have nearly twice that many employees working throughout the world.  The change and growth of OHL make it an exciting place to work.”

Tidwell earned a BBA and MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. He is trained as a Rule 31 Mediator for Supreme Court Listing in Tennessee, is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is currently participating in the Signature Executive Program at the Scarlett Leadership Institute of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
