On July 27th, 2010, the Senate passed the House of Representatives version of H.R. 4380, U.S. Manufacturing Enhancement Act also known as the Miscellaneous Trade and Technical Corrections Act of 2009, or MTB. The bill now awaits the President’s signature to become law.

H.R. 4380 consists of hundreds of individual HTS 9902 bills covering various commodities such as batteries, bicycles, chemicals & chemical products, loudspeakers, fibers, footwear, household appliances, monitors, and yarns, etc.
